We need your support to continue bringing services to the growing population curious to learn more about entheogens. Please contribute to a visionary organization looking to help bring education and integration services to the quickly growing psychedelic/entheogenic movement. We serve the SF Bay Area, as well as engage in the conversation on the larger national and international level.
ERIE is a 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to the sharing of entheogenic and transpersonal knowledge in a non-hierarchical, community based format, located in the San Francisco Bay Area.
We are dedicated to supporting cognitive liberty by offering a learning environment to support grassroots education and outreach on the topics of integration and entheogenic potentials.
We offer a platform for entheogenic research, integration and education. We aim to host monthly educational events including symposiums, forums, and conferences on varied topics surrounding entheogenic research and activism. ERIE is also a hub for integration. We facilitate peer integration circles to support meaning-making and community building, as well as offer workshops on the topic of integration.
Education and Integration support and guidance for Decriminalize Nature
This has been an exciting year for ERIE and Decriminalize Nature with three new cities and 1 county decriminalizing entheogenic plants and fungi. Santa Cruz passed unanimously on January 28, 2020, Ann Arbor passed unanimously on September 21, 2020, with Washtenaw County Prosecutor stating he would extend the decriminalization throughout the entire county. In Washington DC, DN recieved an overwhelming 76% of the vote. Currently ERIE is helping Decriminalize Nature with the Oakland Community Healing Initiative (OCHI) which aims to be introduced to the Oakland City Council by the end of 2020. Exciting times!
